Refunds
Last updated: 11 September 2026
The short version
Once you have opened a lecture’s mind map, that purchase cannot be refunded. Before you open it, it can.
Why
What you buy here is delivered the moment you pay: the map is on your screen straight away, and it cannot be handed back. This is the ordinary rule for digital content that is made available immediately.
Your right to cancel, and what happens to it
Consumer law normally gives you 14 days to change your mind about something bought online. For digital content that begins immediately, that right ends as soon as you open the content — and by buying and opening a lecture, you agree to start immediately and you accept that the 14-day right no longer applies to it.
If you have bought a lecture but have not opened its map, the 14 days still stand. Write to us and we refund you in full.
When we refund anyway
We refund you if you were charged twice for the same lecture, if a technical fault on our side stopped you opening what you paid for and we could not fix it, or if you were charged for something you did not buy.
In those cases we do not argue. Write to us and we sort it out.
How to ask
Email MindMapRx@outlook.com from the address on your account, telling us which lecture and what happened. We reply within three working days. A refund, once agreed, reaches your card within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
If a lecture is withdrawn
If we take a lecture down while your access is still running, we refund the unused part of what you paid without your asking.
