Who is responsible for your data

ALRASHED FAMILY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, decides how your information is used on this site. To ask anything about your data, or to exercise any of the rights below, write to MindMapRx@outlook.com.

What we hold

Your name and email address, which you give us when you create an account. Which lectures you have bought and when that access ends. The drawings and notes you make on a map, so they are still there the next time you open it. Any suggestion you send us, with the email address attached so we can reply.

What we never hold

Your card details. Payment happens on Stripe’s own pages, and your card number never reaches this site.

Why we hold it

To run your account, to open the lectures you have paid for, to keep your own notes for you, and to answer you when you write to us. Nothing here is sold, and nothing here is used for advertising.

Who else handles it

Three companies, each doing one job: Supabase stores the database and the map files; Vercel runs the site; Stripe takes the payments. Each of them only receives what that job needs.

How long we keep it

Your account and its purchase history stay while the account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we delete it, along with your notes and drawings. Records of payments are kept for as long as company and tax law requires.

Cookies

Two: one that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers whether you are reading in Arabic or English. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how it is used. Write to MindMapRx@outlook.com and we will answer within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
